Triple Berry Pie

Meet...THE PARTY PIE. It’s Summer which means it’s TRIPLE BERRY PIE Season (our beloved PARTY PIE!). Berry Pie is the perfect dish to serve at your Fourth of July celebrations, and on your sunny summer days! Berry pie will satisfy everyone's sweet tooth and speak to the berry lovers in the room! You don’t want to miss this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • Pie dough for 2 - two crust pies store bought or homemade

  • 1 16- oz bag 3 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 8- oz bag 2 1/2 cups frozen blackberries

  • 1 8- oz bag 2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

  • 1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F

  2. Place pie dough in the bottom of two 9 - 9 1/2 inch pie dish.

  3. Thaw all of the berries in the bag they were purchased in.

  4. Pour the berries into a large bowl - all of the juice included.

  5. In another bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

  6. Then, Pour on top of berries and mix well.

  7. Divide berry mixture between pie crusts.

  8. Add top crusts in any design you want.

  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until crusts turn a golden brown.
