A delicious classic! Chocolate lava cake is an easy option for a fancy dessert. We prefer to top it off with powdered sugar, raspberries, and (of course) a chocolate drizzle. Enjoy!
Ingredients
· 2 oz semi sweet chocolate
· 4 tbsp unsalted butter
· 1/2 cup powdered sugar
· 1 egg
· 1 egg yolk
· 3 tbsp all purpose flour
· 1 tbsp cocoa powder
· Fresh raspberries
· Extra chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
2. Coat 2 ramekins with non-stick spray.
3. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave until smooth.
4. Add powdered sugar and stir.
5. Add egg and egg yolk and mix completely.
6. Add flour and cocoa powder and stir until incorporated.
7. Divide between the ramekins and bake for 13 minutes until firm on the edges and jiggly in the center.
8. Let cool for 2 minutes, loosen the cake from the edges and invert it onto a serving plate.
9. Top with powdered sugar, fresh raspberries, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
